At Kingswood Parks Clinics we are fortunate to be able to offer AlumierMD medical grade prescription skincare and treatments.
AlumierMD is a fast growing, eco-friendly, anti-animal cruelty and derived medical company specifically formulating products to helps treat an array of skin concerns while promoting over all skin health.
Many people have not heard of AlumierMD, this is due to it being a medical grade skin care and chemical exfoliation brand (chemical peels). Due to the products being tailored and our bespoke treatments all being prescription-based, patients and people alike only hear about the brand from us, within the clinic. You will require a consultation within the clinic, however then AlumierMD offer direct shipping and access to your home making products easier to buy rather than coming to the clinic for refills and new stock.
There are an array of prescriptions products and tailored peels to help with a large range of skin concerns and help with over all skin health and firmness. AlumierMD are firm believers in promoting cell renewal and cell communication to help improve the skin for a more youthful and cleaner glow. The AlumierMD products and peels can help treat the following: Acne prone skin, rosacea skin types, hyper pigmentation, melasma, photo ageing and anti-ageing; continuous use to help with dull and dead looking skin, and give a healthy glow.
Here at KP Clinics it is essential to attend a consultation first which takes 25-30 minutes to address your skin concerns, to allow us to advise what products and treatments would be best suited to your needs and desired results. From there we will create a bespoke prescription pad and treatment plan with what options are best to help give you healthy glowing skin.
For you to see a beneficial result it takes up 4 weeks for the products to work. Depending on the depth and continuity of the skin concerns this may take longer, with additional modalities to help along the way.
Two products we are always recommending is AlumierMD SPF and Retinol. Our SPF provides powerful broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. Unlike most SPFs the AlumierMD product contains physical filters to help reflect UV rays; most filters in sunscreens are chemical allowing the skin to absorb the UV rays and refract them chemically into another compound which takes a hit on the skin. SPFs are most essential for protecting the skin from the natural collagen and elastin from being broken down and are amazing to preserve the natural ageing process. SPFs should be worn daily even when there is no sun!
The other product we often recommend is retinol. Retinol is naturally derived from Vitamin A and is amazing for skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing. As the product breaks down in the skin it helps with removing dead skin cells as well as stimulating the natural growth of collagen and elastin. This all helps with firmness and support of the skin to give thicker and tighter skin while retaining a healthy glow. Unlike most retinol products you can buy over the counter, AlumierMD’s Retinol is prescription strength and encapsulated, meaning the irritation of retinol is reduced and is not compromised by the break down process, leaving the strength of the retinol still at its peak. Retinol is to be used on an evening only and must always be followed by an SPF the next day to stop the retinol from photo stabilising which causes irritation and PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) to the skin.

Sodium Hyaluronate: A form of hyaluronic acid that hydrates by drawing water into the outer layers from deep within the skin. It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, making skin plumper, softer and smoother.
MATRIXYL™ Synthe’6™®: Derived from a peptide naturally found in collagen and laminins, MATRIXYL™ Synthe’6™ is a tripeptide that strengthens the skin and improves elasticity, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Niacinamide (vitamin B3): Niacinamide increases ceramide and free fatty acids in the skin, which are key components of its protective lipid barrier. Along with keeping in moisture and boosting hydration, it also brightens skin and calms redness.
Glutathione: An antioxidant peptide produced naturally in our bodies, glutathione helps recycle other antioxidants, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E and alpha lipoic acid. Natural Glutathione levels decrease with age.
Hinokitiol (Thujaplicin): Extracted from the oils of the western red cedar tree, Hinokitiol is a superpower ingredient with soothing, anti-irritant, antioxidant and brightening properties. These properties allow Hinokitiol to target multifactorial skin redness and blemishes. There are more than 100 scientific articles exist on the biological effects of Hinokitiol.
Sea Whip: The active ingredient gorgonian extract is derived from a marine organism known as sea whip, which is a renewable resource in the Caribbean Sea. Gorgonian extract has powerful anti-irritant and soothing properties. This makes it an excellent ingredient for redness and blemish-prone skin.
